The item I ordered online was never delivered, and communication has been impossible." This entire ordeal has left me incredibly frustrated and deeply regretting my purchase.
Customer: "Hello, I'm calling about an online order that seems to have completely disappeared, and I haven't been able to get any answers." CS Rep: "I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble with your order and with reaching us. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you?" Customer: "It's [Order Number]. I placed it weeks ago, and it said 'shipped' but I've received nothing. I've tried emailing, calling, and just get voicemails or no response. It's been utterly disappointing." CS Rep: "Thank you. Let me pull that up… I see the tracking information indicates it was delivered, but you haven't received it, and I acknowledge your frustration with our communication.
